Compass Property Management manages numerous single-family homes, condos, duplexes, and apartment communities throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. All late fees are passed on to owners, and maintenance costs are fair and reasonable.

We work hard to keep vacancy rates low. In the event that a tenant has to be replaced, we charge a placement fee for our managed accounts. Our placement fee includes all advertising costs. Compass Property Management uses full-time licensed leasing agents that are paid on commission only, so they are highly motivated to lease your property. Please call us for a quote.

Compass Property Management is a full-service residential property management company. Because we want to focus fully on residential management, we do not sell real estate, nor do we manage commercial property. If you wish to list your property for sale, we highly recommend using one of our preferred Realtors®. We work closely with several Realtors® in the area to help you sell your investments.

If you prefer to manage your property yourself, but desire help filling vacancies we can assist you. Use Compass to find a quality resident and make self-managed investments a breeze.

This service can be very helpful for homeowners who have to move but cannot sell their homes in this challenging market. Use us to find potential tenants, show your property, perform extensive background and credit checks, collect deposit and the first month’s rent, and complete all the required legal documents with our comprehensive custom leases.

Our fee is just 85% of the monthly rent charged (with a minimum fee of $750). We do all the work for you, and we do not get paid until you get paid.
